How do I set up scheduled or recurring transfers?

Schedule one-time future transfers or recurring (weekly, biweekly, monthly) transfers between your Kronos wallet, savings, or linked banks.

How to schedule

  1. Tap Send from the Home screen
  2. Choose the recipient — another Kronos user, your linked bank, or your savings position
  3. Enter the amount
  4. Tap Schedule for later instead of confirming immediately
  5. Pick a date, or set it to repeat (weekly, biweekly, monthly, custom)
  6. Confirm

Common use cases

  • Auto-pay rent — schedule a monthly send to your landlord's Kronos Tag or linked bank
  • Subscription savings — schedule weekly moves to your 2.5% APY savings position
  • Quarterly tax payments — schedule withdrawals from your tax bucket on the IRS quarterly dates
  • Pay yourself first — auto-move a portion of every paycheck to savings the day deposits hit

Manage scheduled transfers

Go to Profile → Scheduled Transfers to see every scheduled or recurring transfer, edit dates and amounts, or cancel any of them. Cancellations take effect immediately for any future runs; transfers already in flight cannot be reversed.

Insufficient funds

If your wallet doesn't have enough balance when a scheduled transfer fires, the transfer is paused and you'll get a notification. Top up the wallet and retry, or skip that occurrence.
