How do I cancel Kronos Pro?

How you cancel depends on where you bought Pro. Your account is the same across rails, but the billing relationship is with whoever processed the payment.

If you bought Pro on the web (getkronos.io/pro)

  1. Go to getkronos.io/pro/manage
  2. Sign in with the same email you used to subscribe
  3. Tap Cancel subscription and confirm

You can also manage your web subscription from Profile → Membership → Kronos+ in the iOS app — it'll deep-link to the web management page.

If you bought Pro on the iOS App Store

Apple manages the billing, so cancellation goes through Apple:

  1. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions
  2. Tap Kronos Pro
  3. Tap Cancel Subscription

You can also cancel at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

What happens after you cancel

  • Your Pro benefits continue until the end of your current billing period
  • After that, you revert to the Free tier (1% Kronos fee on trades and transfers, $250 advance limit)
  • No refunds for partial months or years
  • You can re-subscribe at any time

Lifetime subscribers

Lifetime is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There's nothing to cancel — you've already paid once and have Pro forever, including the exclusive Founding Member Badge and Lifetime Price Lock.
