You can stop receiving marketing emails from Kronos at any time. Here's how:
Marketing emails (waitlist updates, product announcements)
- Open any Kronos email
- Scroll to the footer and tap Unsubscribe
- You'll see a confirmation that you've been removed
Unsubscribes take effect immediately. You may receive one final email already in our queue, but nothing after.
Transactional emails (security, account, money)
Some emails cannot be unsubscribed from while you have an active account:
- Login / one-time codes (OTP)
- Password reset links
- Two-factor authentication codes
- Transaction confirmations and receipts
- Security alerts (suspicious activity, etc.)
- Legal and compliance notices
These are required to keep your account safe and to comply with financial regulations. They are sent only when something is happening on your account.
Stop all email by closing your account
If you want to stop every email, you can close your account from Settings → Account → Delete Account. Withdraw funds and cancel any active subscriptions first.
Still receiving emails after unsubscribing?
If you tapped Unsubscribe but still get marketing email after 24 hours, contact support with the email address that's receiving them and we'll force-remove it from our list.
