Yes, you can delete your Kronos account from Settings → Account → Delete Account.
Before deleting
- Withdraw your cash balance — funds in deleted accounts cannot be recovered. Send to your linked bank or to another account.
- Withdraw your crypto — Kronos uses non-custodial wallets, so the keys stay yours. But once your account is closed you lose the ability to see or send from those wallets through the app. Send your crypto to an external wallet (e.g. Phantom, MetaMask, a hardware wallet) before closing the account so you keep direct access via the underlying private key.
- Cancel Kronos Pro if you have an active subscription
- Repay any outstanding cash advances — closing your account does not erase the debt
What happens after deletion
- Your account is immediately deactivated
- Your data is retained for 30 days (as required by financial regulations), then permanently deleted
- This action is permanent and cannot be undone
Having issues with the app?
If you're considering deletion because something's broken or unclear, please contact support first — we may be able to resolve it without you closing the account.
