If the Kronos app is crashing, freezing, or not loading properly:
- Force close and reopen — Swipe the app away completely, then reopen it
- Update the app — Make sure you have the latest version from the iOS App Store
- Restart your phone — A full restart can fix many app issues
- Check your internet connection — Kronos requires an active internet connection. Try switching between Wi-Fi and cellular data
- Reinstall the app — Delete and reinstall Kronos from the App Store. Don't worry — your account and cash balance are stored securely on our servers, and your crypto is held in your non-custodial wallet (the keys are encrypted and tied to your account, recoverable when you log back in). Just log back in after reinstalling.
