The Kronos iOS beta is a closed test of upcoming releases — early access to new features and fixes before they go to the public App Store.
Who's eligible
Beta access is offered case-by-case to:
- Active Kronos users on the waitlist who request it
- Press, partners, and select community members
- Internal QA
If you're interested, email beta@getkronos.io from the address on your waitlist signup with a one-line note about why.
How beta builds work
- If approved, you'll receive a TestFlight invite from Apple
- Install TestFlight from the App Store on your iPhone
- Tap the invite to install Kronos beta
- Use the app normally — your Kronos account, balances, and history are all real
Beta Test Agreement
Before installing, you'll be asked to accept the Beta Test Agreement. It covers:
- You agree to test responsibly and report issues
- You acknowledge the build may have bugs and could occasionally fail
- You won't share screenshots, screen recordings, or details of unreleased features publicly until launch
- You may be asked for feedback via the in-app reporter
What's different in beta
- Newer features land here first
- Crash reports and feedback go directly to engineering
- You may see UI experiments that don't ship to all users
- Stability is generally good but not guaranteed
How to leave the beta
In TestFlight, tap Kronos → Stop Testing. The beta build is removed; reinstall the public Kronos app from the App Store and your account picks up where it left off.
Reporting bugs
Use Settings → Report a problem in the app, or shake your phone in the beta build to open the bug reporter directly.
