How do I create a Kronos account?

Creating your Kronos account takes about 2 minutes:

1. Download Kronos from the iOS App Store (Android is on the roadmap)
2. Tap "Sign Up" and enter your name, email, and create a password
3. Enter your details: phone number, date of birth, and home address
4. Verify your identity: a quick photo flow powered by Plaid Identity Verification — driver's license or passport plus a selfie
5. You're in! Once verified (usually under 5 minutes), your account is ready to fund and use

Why is ID verification required?

As a regulated financial service, Kronos is legally required to verify all users' identities (KYC — Know Your Customer). This protects you and other users from fraud and is a non-negotiable part of holding our regulated banking partnerships.
