If your debit card payment was declined, here are the most common reasons and fixes:
- Insufficient funds — Check your bank balance
- Bank blocked the transaction — This is the most common cause. Call your bank and ask them to authorize payments to Kronos
- Wrong card details — Double-check the card number, expiration, and CVV
- Credit card used — Kronos only accepts debit cards. Credit cards are not supported
- International card — Some international cards may be blocked. Contact your bank to enable international transactions
