My card payment was declined

If your debit card payment was declined, here are the most common reasons and fixes:

  • Insufficient funds — Check your bank balance
  • Bank blocked the transaction — This is the most common cause. Call your bank and ask them to authorize payments to Kronos
  • Wrong card details — Double-check the card number, expiration, and CVV
  • Credit card used — Kronos only accepts debit cards. Credit cards are not supported
  • International card — Some international cards may be blocked. Contact your bank to enable international transactions

Still having trouble? Try a different debit card, or contact support with the error message you're seeing.
