My crypto deposit hasn't arrived yet

If your crypto deposit hasn't appeared in your Kronos wallet, try these steps:

  1. Check the blockchain explorer (e.g., etherscan.io for Ethereum, blockchain.com for Bitcoin, solscan.io for Solana) and confirm the transaction was sent to the correct deposit address shown in the Kronos Receive screen
  2. For memo-required coins (XRP, XLM, HBAR): verify you included the correct destination tag / memo. Missing or wrong memos mean our system can't automatically match your deposit to your account
  3. Wait for confirmations — deposits are scanned every 5 minutes. Bitcoin can take up to 60 minutes during busy periods. See How long do crypto deposits take?
  4. Check the amount — very small deposits below the dust threshold may not be processed

Still missing after 30 minutes? Contact support with:

  • The transaction hash (txid) from your sending wallet
  • The coin and amount sent
  • The destination tag / memo you used (if applicable)
  • The Kronos deposit address you sent to

We'll investigate and credit your account manually if the transaction is confirmed on-chain.
