I can't log in to my account

Try these steps to regain access:

  1. Check your email address — Make sure you're using the exact email you signed up with
  2. Reset your password — Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen. A reset link will be sent to your email
  3. Check 2FA — If you have two-factor authentication enabled, make sure you're entering the correct code from your authenticator app
  4. Clear app cache — Go to your phone's Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Kronos → Offload App, then reinstall
  5. Update the app — Make sure you have the latest version from the iOS App Store
