Kronos sends notifications to keep you informed about money movement and account security. You can pick which categories you want and how you receive them.
Notification categories
- Money received — incoming P2P, gig deposits, advances, crypto deposits
- Money sent — confirmation when a transfer goes out
- Card activity — every card swipe / online charge
- Security alerts — login from new device, password change, 2FA toggle
- Pro & subscriptions — billing, renewals, claim reminders
- Earnings & advances — weekly summary, payout reminders, advance availability
- Marketing — product news, feature launches, referral updates
How to change them
- Go to Profile → Notifications
- Toggle individual categories on or off
- Choose delivery channels per category — push notifications, email, both, or neither
Notifications you can't turn off
Some notifications are required for security and compliance and cannot be disabled while you have an active account:
- Login codes (OTP)
- Two-factor authentication codes
- Password reset confirmations
- Suspicious-activity alerts
- Required legal notices and account-status changes
Don't see push notifications at all?
- Make sure notifications are enabled at the iOS level: iPhone Settings → Notifications → Kronos → Allow Notifications: ON
- Make sure Focus / Do Not Disturb isn't suppressing Kronos
- If you uninstalled and reinstalled the app, you may need to grant permission again the next time you launch it
