How do I request money from someone?

Send a payment request to another Kronos user — they get a notification and can pay you with one tap.

How to request

1. From the Home screen tap Request
2. Enter the recipient's Kronos Tag (e.g., @jane)
3. Enter the amount
4. Add an optional note ("Dinner Friday," "Round-trip Uber")
5. Tap Send Request

The other person gets a push notification + an entry in their Tag Requests list. They can:

• Pay — funds transfer instantly to you
• Decline — request goes away, no payment
• Ignore — request stays open until they act or you cancel it

See your open requests

Go to Tag Requests from the Home screen to see:

• Requests you've sent that are still pending
• Requests sent to you that you haven't acted on yet

Cancel any request you've sent by tapping it → Cancel request.

Fees

Same as a regular Kronos send: 1% for Free tier, FREE for Pro. The fee is paid by the sender (the person fulfilling the request), not by you.

Can I request from non-Kronos users?

Not via Tag Request. For payments from non-Kronos users, use a Payment Link instead — see payment links article.
