How to withdraw
- Tap Send → To my bank
- Pick the linked bank account (if you have more than one)
- Enter the amount
- Choose Standard (free, 1–3 business days) or Same-day (small fee, hours)
- Confirm with biometric / OTP

First-time withdrawal
The first time you withdraw to a newly linked bank, we may run a verification step — a small micro-deposit pair you confirm in the app, or instant verification via Plaid. This is a one-time check; future withdrawals to the same bank are immediate.
Limits
Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply, varying by your account history and verification level. The current limit available to you is shown in the app right before you confirm a withdrawal — if you need a higher limit for a specific transfer, contact support@getkronos.io with the amount and reason.
Withdrawal not arriving?
- Standard ACH can take up to 3 business days, especially over weekends and federal holidays
- Check your linked bank's pending transactions — banks sometimes hold incoming ACH for review
- If 4+ business days pass with no funds and no "pending" entry at your bank, contact support with the reference ID from your transaction history
Withdraw your crypto
To withdraw crypto (vs. cash), use the Crypto tab → coin → Send to send to an external wallet address. See How do I send/withdraw crypto?
