How do I receive crypto deposits?

To receive crypto from an external wallet or exchange:

1. Go to the Crypto tab and select the coin
2. Tap "Receive"
3. You'll see your unique deposit address and a QR code
4. Copy the address or share the QR code with the sender

⚠️ Important — Memo / destination tag required for these coins

If you're depositing XRP, XLM, or HBAR, you MUST include the destination tag / memo shown on the Receive screen. Without the correct memo we cannot credit your deposit and your funds may be permanently lost.

For chains where memos are optional (e.g. Algorand notes, Cosmos memos), include the memo we show you if one is provided — it speeds up reconciliation and helps support recover edge cases.

Deposit confirmation times

Confirmation times vary by blockchain — see How long do crypto deposits take? for the full table. Quick reference:

• Bitcoin: 10–60 minutes (3 confirmations)
• Ethereum / ERC-20: 2–5 minutes
• Solana: Under 1 minute
• XRP / XLM / HBAR: Under 10 seconds

Our system scans for deposits every 5 minutes and credits them automatically once confirmed.
