How do I change my language or display currency?

Kronos defaults to English and USD. You can change either from the app's preference screens.

Change language

  1. Go to Profile → Language
  2. Pick from the supported list
  3. The app reloads in your selected language

Currently supported languages: English, Spanish. Additional languages roll out as we expand. Your selected language affects in-app text, transaction labels, and emails sent from Kronos.

Change display currency

  1. Go to Profile → Currency Display
  2. Pick your preferred display currency

Important: display only, not conversion

Changing display currency does not convert your balances. Your money is always held in USD (and your crypto in its native units). Display currency simply formats values in your preferred unit so you can read them more easily.

For example, if you set display currency to MXN and you have $100 USD: the app shows the equivalent value in pesos based on a recent exchange rate, but if you spend or send money the underlying units are still USD.

Why no actual currency conversion?

Kronos is a US-only product today (US residents, US bank partners, USD-denominated FBO accounts). True multi-currency support would require non-US banking partnerships and is on our long-term roadmap. For now, display-only conversion gives you a familiar reference point if you're more comfortable thinking in another currency.
